Yvonne Bokelman, MBA, FACHE

Yvonne Bokelman is a results-driven life sciences executive with a unique leadership background spanning medical devices, hospitals, consulting, and healthcare information technology. She is recognized as a strategic business operations executive, market access expert, transformational leader, and mentor with a deep commitment to advancing healthcare innovation and leadership. Yvonne brings extensive experience in executing strategic and tactical plans to support product launches, commercialization, and reimbursement strategies for medical technologies. Most recently, she served as Chief Executive Officer of Alyve Medical, a start-up in the musculoskeletal space. Before that, she spent over a decade at Zimmer Biomet, a global leader in orthopedics, where she held various leadership roles, including Global President and General Manager. She also spent six years with Medtronic Spine & Biologics and has held executive roles in hospital administration, healthcare IT, and consulting. Beyond her executive leadership, Yvonne is passionate about mentorship, advocacy, and fostering diversity in healthcare leadership. She has previously served as a Board Director for a non-profit organization, and is currently Chairman of the Board of PK MED, a French biotech company. She holds an MBA and is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives. As the Executive Director of MedtechWOMEN, Yvonne is committed to advancing the organization’s mission by empowering and elevating women leaders in the Medtech industry.
