MedtechWOMEN Advisory Board

Vickie Larson is Vice President and General Manager of the Coronary Therapies business at Boston Scientific, where she leads the global strategy, commercial execution, portfolio management, and P&L for a multi-billion-dollar cardiovascular franchise. During her nearly 30-year career with Boston Scientific, she has held leadership roles spanning general management, portfolio strategy, marketing, operations, new business development, and program management.

Vickie is passionate about advancing innovation that improves patient care while building high-performing teams and developing the next generation of leaders. She has led major product launches, global portfolio expansion, and strategic acquisitions that have accelerated growth and strengthened Boston Scientific’s leadership in interventional cardiology. Her leadership has helped scale the Coronary Therapies business from approximately $2 billion to an expected $3 billion global franchise through innovation, commercial excellence, and disciplined execution.

In addition to her executive leadership responsibilities, Vickie serves on the Advisory Board for the University of St. Thomas Opus College of Business and is an advocate for developing women leaders across the medical technology industry. She is committed to fostering inclusive leadership, mentoring emerging talent, and creating opportunities for others to grow and succeed.

Vickie recently relocated to San Francisco with her husband, who also works in the medical device industry. Together they are raising (and now cheering on) three young adult children. Outside the office, she enjoys hiking, traveling, mentoring emerging leaders, and spending quality time with family and friends.
