Phoebe Swan is a certified career coach and accomplished global Human Resources leader with over 25 years of diverse HR experience in the medical device industry. In her current role as Global Inclusion, Diversity, and Equity Senior Manager at Medtronic, Phoebe oversees strategic initiatives that empower leaders, elevate talent pipelines, enhance engagement, and drive measurable organizational outcomes.  She is a trusted advisor to senior leaders and global networks, she leverages her experience to help guide her organization in achieving sustainable business results while fostering inclusion and equity.

As the founder and president of MyAdoration, Inc., a 501c3 nonprofit, Phoebe extends her leadership into the realm of social impact. MyAdoration is dedicated to creating self-sustaining pathways for homeless, vulnerable children in Africa and aligning with Phoebe’s lifelong commitment to fostering growth and equity.

Phoebe holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Lakeland University and is certified in coaching, talent development, and change management. She is an inspiring coach, mentor, and advisor, a lifelong learner, and the mother of two amazing children.
