Nivi Arumugam

Nivi Arumugam is a digital healthcare product leader with a strong track record of launching successful medical devices, healthcare software, and data products. She is currently the Head of New Analytes Sensing and Insights Products at Dexcom, where she leads the definition and development of the company’s next growth horizon for biosensing and digital biomarker products.

Prior to her current role, Nivi was the Vice President of R&D at Becton Dickinson (BD), where she spearheaded innovation and product development for a $1B transformative digital business platform focused on medication safety and workflow automation. Her extensive experience in the wearable and sensor space includes her tenure as Head of Emerging Devices & Sensor Tech at Verily, where she led the development of over a dozen medical devices spanning remote patient monitoring, chronic disease management, and decentralized clinical trials.

Nivi holds a Master’s degree in Engineering from Stanford University. A steadfast advocate for diversity and inclusion, she is committed to fostering a culture of innovation, belonging, and intellectual honesty within her teams and the products she builds.
