Nasim Boggs

Nasim Boggs is the Vice President of Advanced Innovation & Technology (AI&T) for Strategy and Portfolio Program Management at Edwards Lifesciences. She leads enterprise strategies across digital and physical product innovation, driving portfolio governance and execution to advance breakthrough therapies that address unmet patient needs.

With more than 20 years of leadership experience in the medical device industry, Nasim is known for building high-performing organizations and translating strategy into measurable results. She oversees enterprise portfolios to ensure innovations are effectively developed, scaled, and delivered as meaningful patient solutions.

Nasim brings deep expertise in enterprise program leadership, portfolio management, strategic planning, organizational transformation, governance frameworks, resource optimization, evidence generation, and commercialization. She partners closely with executive leadership to drive clarity in priorities, strengthen decision-making, and implement scalable processes that enhance accountability and organizational agility.

Her leadership approach is grounded in service, trust, and building strong, trusted partnerships, with a deep commitment to advocating for both patients and the team’s delivering innovation.

As a survivor of Stage IV Non-Hodgkin lymphoma, Nasim brings a deep personal commitment to advancing healthcare and improving outcomes for patients and families. She remains focused on ensuring innovation is purposeful, impactful, and centered on those it serves.

Based in Orange County, California, Nasim is a devoted wife and mother of two amazing teenage boys. Outside of work, she enjoys fitness, travel, mentoring emerging leaders, and spending time with her family.
