Lynn Henderson is the Vice President of Advanced Innovation & Technology Strategy & Portfolio Program Management at Edwards Lifesciences. She leads strategy for both digital and physical products focused on solving unmet needs and oversees the project portfolio, ensuring breakthrough ideas align with business priorities and become therapies that genuinely help patients. Lynn’s approach is deeply patient‑centric—shaped by her own cancer treatment and recovery—which keeps empathy, clinical reality, and outcomes at the center of every decision. A mechanical engineer by training and PMP‑certified, she brings deep product‑development expertise and a practical way of working that helps teams move from concept to reliable solutions. She is actively re‑imagining how jobs evolve with AI, designing roles and workflows, so people spend more time on meaningful, high‑impact work. Lynn also guides organizational change through large digital transformations, championing tools and practices that make collaboration easier, and product design and development streamlined. Known as a maximizer, she loves learning, elevates good ideas into great ones, and will rarely turn down an invitation to try something new. Lynn is based in Irvine, California, and outside of work enjoys the outdoors, training for triathlons, and being the “cool aunt” to her nieces and nephews.
