Laina Faulk

Laina Faulk serves as Vice President of Strategy & Transformation at Resonetics, where she leads enterprise strategy, marketing, business transformation, and growth initiatives across the organization. She brings extensive experience in strategic planning, M&A, and commercial go‑to‑market strategy within the MedTech sector.

Prior to Resonetics, Laina was a Senior Engagement Manager at L.E.K. Consulting, advising MedTech clients on growth strategy, M&A due diligence, post‑merger integration, and commercial strategy. In this role, she partnered with industry leaders to evaluate new market opportunities, assess acquisition targets, and design strategies that accelerated competitive advantage and long‑term value creation.

Laina began her career in finance and accounting at Bank of America and SPX Technologies, building a strong analytical and execution‑focused foundation. She holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BBA from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business.
