Angela Frederickson

Angela Frederickson is a global Quality and Regulatory Affairs leader with over two decades of experience supporting life-science companies in domestic and international markets. She has held leadership roles at renowned companies including Fisher & Paykel Healthcare and Align Technologies, where she led Regulatory, Quality, and Government Affairs for their North and South American divisions.

A recognized people leader and culture builder, Angela has a passion for and a history of transforming organizational cultures to drive better patient outcomes. It was this passion that led her to establish Sparq Compliance, a Regulatory and Quality Consultancy, in 2021. Sparq Compliance aims to support early-stage Medical Device manufacturers with gaining market access for disruptive technologies. To date, Angela has defined and executed Regulatory and Quality strategies for dozens of medical devices from concept through commercial launch and scale.

A long-standing community advocate, Angela serves as a mentor to several young professionals and on various committees including as co-chair for the MedtechWOMEN Board Development Committee.
