Amanda French is an innovator and serial entrepreneur currently leading IFPx as CEO. Previously, Amanda ran Emme (a Stanford Biodesign spinout and women’s digital health company) from concept through commercial launch and successful acquisition. During her tenure as CEO of Emme, she drove global recognition for the company which was named both one of Time’s Best Inventions and Fast Company’s Most Innovative Companies. Her work has been profiled by numerous publications including Forbes, Wired, Time, Fast Company, Elle, Cosmopolitan, New York Magazine, Conde Nast, and Healthline. Amanda holds a BSE in Mechanical Engineering from Duke University and started her career at Edwards Lifesciences and Earlens before going on to the Stanford Biodesign Fellowship and subsequent executive roles at Emme, SimpleHealth, and IFPx. She is an alumna of Stanford StartX, the Ferolyn Fellowship through the Fogarty Institute for Innovation, and the Rosenman Innovator’s Program with UCSF.
