Y.J. is Sr VP of Global Marketing for the Transcatheter Heart Valve Business Unit for Edwards Lifesciences. She is responsible for Upstream Marketing, where her team partners with R&D, clinical and the NPD team to work with physicians to identify and create new innovations to address unmet needs in the structural heart space. Her team is also responsible for US and Global downstream marketing and Global Branding for THV. In 2019, the Edwards Lifesciences THV Brand and Product Marketing Team was selected as a PM360 Magazine ELITE Winner for Best Marketing Team for the initial launch campaign for SAPIEN 3 Ultra. A believer in the importance of people development and culture, YJ is actively involved in the development of several key programs to enhance people’s career development.
YJ has over 25 years of commercial leadership experience in both the medical technology and biologic pharmaceutical sectors, including being responsible as a General Manager for several companies in Canada.
