SPEAKERS DATABASE Rebecca Messing Haigler Speaker Rebecca Messing Haigler is responsible for Health Economics, Value Based Care Models and Market Access of clinical platforms at Verily Life Sciences. She has sixteen years of experience working with healthcare payors, providers and suppliers to navigate the complex delivery system landscape towards population health management and generate strategic value. Rebecca previously directed Northern CA Accountable Care Organizations at Blue Shield of California managing more than 55,000 covered lives. In addition, Rebecca was responsible for leading the Strategy Practice at the Chartis Group, a consulting advisory firm dedicated to health systems, provider groups and payors. She was also formerly a Director of Analytics at Sg2 Healthcare Intelligence. Rebecca earned dual graduate degrees from UC Berkeley, an MBA and an MPH. She received her B.S. in Engineering from the University of Michigan. Rebecca lives in San Francisco and enjoys spending time with her family in the Bay Area.
