Paula Montgomery

Paula Montgomery joined Gillette Children’s in 2014 as general counsel. She is currently Executive Vice President of Administrative Affairs and General Counsel with leadership oversight of external and government affairs, people strategy, legal affairs, marketing, and communications.

• Montgomery is the former Vice President and Senior Corporate Counsel at US Bank and was a litigation attorney with Bassford Remele, P.A.
• She has a Juris Doctorate in Law from Mitchell Hamline School of Law and graduated from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse with a degree in Political Science, Sociology and Pre-Law.
• Among her volunteer activities, Montgomery is a board member for Cancer Legal Care, Ronald McDonald House Charities, Upper Midwest, and the St. Paul Area Chamber.
