Pamela (Pam) Hall is a Senior executive and P&L Leader, with experience in MedTech in leading Innovation Companies. Pamela leads global teams to deliver product innovation and health system strengthening, leading business units from $100M to $1B in size, with global reach. Pam is responsible for driving investments, strategy, partnerships, and innovation deployment, with cross-functional teams to deliver world-class designs and improved clinical outcomes for patients and customers in Hospital and Home Health sectors.

In Philips, Pam led the $1B Home Health Segment delivering Software-as-a-Service, and Product Innovation for Sleep Apnea. Pam was responsible for upstream product management, clinical marketing, and program management to deliver solutions globally to Home Healthcare providers(DME’s), Healthcare Providers, and Health Retailers who serve patients with sleep disorders.

Prior to Philips, Pam delivered with excellence for 24 years, in GE, in various leadership roles in the GE Healthcare, GE Lighting, GE Corporate and NBC Universal Divisions. She worked and lived in 6 Countries (South Africa, Nigeria, Mexico, Scotland, Wales, and Germany) and 12 US Cities over her GE career, with experience in Product Development and Innovation, Commercial and Market Leadership, Strategy, LEAN Six Sigma, Service Leadership, Financial management, Operations Management, and P&L Leadership. As a STEM professional, Pam has focused her development and contributions in the last 17 years, in Critical Care, Women’s Health and Home Health segments.

Pam has served on several boards such as the Boys and Girls of Baltimore, Sweet Potato Kids Treehouse Charities, and serves currently as Vice Chairwoman of the Board for KeraLink International, focused on ending corneal blindness, globally. Pam has a passion for working with non-profits to help deliver outcomes for the communities she serves. She has delivered excellence in board governance, as Vice-chair of the board, and has led the Audit, Technical and Compensation Committees, as chair.

Pam is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., and The Links, Incorporated, serving on committees focused on increasing STEM awareness for youth, increasing global career engagement for youth, and ending Opioid use in the collegiate ranks. A committed STEM Professional, Pam has worked with GE, the GE Foundation and Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. to build a 20-year partnership to prepare under- represented minority women in STEM and Business with leadership development, as the students transition from collegiate to corporate or academic fields. Pam is a charter member of a collegiate NSBE Chapter and is now a professional member and NSBE Jr. Advisor to the Chapter at the Roosevelt Middle School.

Pamela is a proud HBCU and Big10 Alum, earning a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from The Pennsylvania State University, and Bachelor of Science Degrees in Physics and Mathematics from Delaware State University.

Pamela is based in Boca Raton, Florida, with her husband Marvin, and three daughters (Jasmine, Hope, Alana)
