Martha Aronson

Martha Aronson has served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Merit Medical Systems, Inc., a global medical device company with annual revenue of approximately $1.5 billion, since October 2025. She brings extensive executive leadership experience in the healthcare sector. Prior to joining Merit, she served as Executive Vice President and President of Global Healthcare at Ecolab, after earlier leadership roles as Senior Vice President and President—North America at Hill-Rom and nearly two decades at Medtronic in senior positions in the United States and Switzerland. She also brings significant public and private corporate board experience. Aronson graduated Phi Beta Kappa and magna cum laude from Wellesley College with a bachelor’s degree in economics. At Wellesley she was named All-American in Division III tennis as well as Academic All-American. She earned her master’s degree in business administration from Harvard Business School.

Aronson and her husband, Dan, have three sons. She is an avid water skier and stand-up paddle boarder.
