Manisha Shetty Gulati

Manisha Shetty Gulati is the Global Head of Growth & Engagement at Johnson & Johnson MedTech for Polyphonic. She is responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive digital growth strategy and leading the global go-to-market and commercial teams for the Polyphonic™ digital ecosystem for surgery.

Manisha previously served as Chief Growth Officer at Commure, an AI-native enterprise platform technology company for healthcare, and as the Chief Operating Officer of Clarify Health Solutions. Prior to these roles, Manisha was a Partner at McKinsey & Company in the medical products, life sciences, and health systems practices across their New York, London, and San Francisco offices.

Manisha has served on the Board of Directors of Model N (MODN), a public software company, and is the Chair of the Board of ReSurge International, a nonprofit organization providing reconstructive surgical care in low-income countries. She received a BA, MBA, and MPA from Harvard University.
