Lucile Blaise Sauvage

Lucile Blaise is an accomplished healthcare executive with over 20 years of leadership in the Medtech sector, specializing in digital health, market access strategy, and transformative business growth across Europe and the United States. Known for her ability to drive innovation and navigate complex healthcare markets, Lucile has consistently excelled in improving patient access to care and fostering sustainable organizational growth.
Lucile currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Strategy & Business Development at ResMed. Previously, Lucile served as President of Sleep & Respiratory Care, and prior to that, as Vice President Western Europe. Lucile is a board member of the Medical Device Innovation Consortium (MDIC) and has previously served as Chairperson of France’s National association (SNITEM) and as a board member for MedTech Europe. Lucile holds a master’s degree in business administration from Kedge Business School in France.
