LINNEA BURMAN is SVP and President of the Neurovascular Operating Unit – part of the Neuroscience portfolio – at Medtronic.

Linnea is a transformational leader with more than 20 years of experience managing high-achieving global teams. Linnea was named to this role in May 2024 and is responsible for portfolio strategy, product development, commercial execution and the overall financial performance of the Medtronic global business focused on stroke treatment.

Prior to Neurovascular, Linnea led the Enabling Technologies business – part of the Cranial and Spinal Operating Unit – focused on transforming the treatment of Cranial and Spinal disorders. Linnea drove growth strategies and advanced Enabling Technologies’ procedural solutions, which include robotics, navigation, intra-operative imaging, powered instruments, advanced energy devices, cerebral spinal fluid management and critical care.
