Kim brings over 25 years of leadership experience across both high-growth medtech startups and global medical device companies. Prior to Vitara, she served as CEO of BrainCheck, Venture Partner at S3 Ventures, and CEO & Co-Founder of Acessa Health (acquired by Hologic), as well as CEO of Halt Medical. Earlier in her career, Kim held executive roles at Spectranetics (acquired by Philips), Johnson & Johnson, Blockade Medical (acquired by Balt International), Concentric Medical (acquired by Stryker Neurovascular), Guidant Corporation (acquired by Abbott), and Microvena (acquired by ev3). She earned her Executive MBA from the USC Marshall School of Business and a bachelor’s degree in Management from Pepperdine University.
