Kate Arnebeck

Kate Arnebeck leads R&D for Medtronic’s Cardiovascular Diagnostics & Services (CDS) business focused on turning data into the right clinical decision. LINQ II was the first Implantable Cardiac Monitor with AI and Kate enjoys strategizing with her team on future possibilities.  Kate has been leading new product development teams at Medtronic for over 9 years. Prior to that she worked in Global Supply Chain for 5 years at Medtronic and in manufacturing for 7 years at Avery Dennison. She is a graduate of the University of MN with a BS in Mechanical Engineering and has an MBA from Babson College. She loves working at Medtronic because of the mission, the people, and the products.  Outside of work Kate enjoys taking her two daughters on adventures, enjoying the four seasons, and golfing.
