SPEAKERS DATABASE Dr. Robin Austin Moderator Dr. Robin Austin is an Assistant Professor at the University of Minnesota’s School of Nursing, and the Director for the Center for Nursing Informatics. Dr. Austin has over 20 years clinical healthcare experience, specializing in pain management, women’s health research, and complementary and integrative health approaches. Dr. Austin holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) and a PhD in Nursing both specializing in Nursing Informatics. Through her research and expertise in consumer and clinical informatics, she seeks to empower individuals to better care for themselves, using technology to advance whole-person strengths-based care.
