She has held senior leadership roles at Best Buy Health, Amazon, Fresenius, Philips Healthcare, and several start-ups, managing over $2B in P&L and $5B in business transformations. Throughout her career, she has built high-performing teams that deliver commercial excellence, innovation, and meaningful impact for patients, partners, and communities. Diana also serves on several health tech innovation boards and mentors emerging leaders in the field.
