Denise Graeber

Denise Graeber is a Senior Vice President of Clinical Services and Product Management at Signify Health, responsible for the clinical value created by over 2 million annual In-home Health Evaluations, including clinical documentation, Clinician applications, coding operations, care coordination, diagnostics, and laboratory tests. Much of her career has centered on innovation, including co-authoring four U.S. patents and launching new products.

Denise holds an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and an undergraduate degree from Loyola University in Maryland, where she was a Division I soccer player. She lives in Philadelphia, where she cheers on the Eagles with her husband and two daughters.
