Deborah Hiner

Deborah has over 30 years of progressive experience in the Med-tech and Bio-tech sectors conducting engineering, mid-level management and C -level searches for PE backed, and founder led firms as well as large global brand name companies. Deborah also specializes in partnering with start-up to well established high growth companies.

Deborah has experience across all functional areas including, R&D , NPI, Manufacturing, Quality, Technology,  Analytics, Risk Management, and Compliance. Deborah leads the Technology Practice group for EMA Partners in North America and she co-leads the Digital Practice group.  Her approach centers on building strong relationships with clients and candidates and understanding the key objectives on both sides.
