Dawn Bitz is a transformative leader in medical technology with nearly three decades of experience spanning respiratory care, digital health, and critical care medicine. Throughout her career, she has held senior global leadership roles at companies including Vyaire, Medtronic/Covidien, and Boston Scientific—where she built and scaled multi-segment businesses exceeding US$500 million in annual revenue.

Recognized for her ability to bring complex technologies from concept to global commercialization, Dawn has successfully launched multiple medical innovations across regulatory pathways including PMA, 510(k), and De Novo, and has led M&A and funding initiatives totaling hundreds of millions of dollars.

Today, as CEO of Adherium, Dawn is driving the expansion of the company’s Hailie® digital health platform to advance respiratory management worldwide. Passionate about empowering patients and modernizing respiratory care, she also advises emerging medtech ventures and serves on the boards of several med tech companies.
