Annisah Um’rani

Annisah Um’rani is an Executive Director and the General Counsel of Otsuka Precision Health (OPH). She has over 18 years of experience as a trusted legal advisor to clients throughout the healthcare industry and is a true believer in the power of technology to expand access to care and improve health outcomes. Prior to OPH, Annisah spent five years at Google advising Health AI executives and product teams on the research, development, and deployment of health AI technology. She was previously a Partner in the Health Care & Life Sciences practice group at Akin Gump and legal counsel for the CMS Division at the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services. Annisah is a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley School of Law. She currently resides in Atlanta with her family.
