Andreana Dereniak is the Business Strategy and Commercialization Lead for New Analyte Ventures, at Abbott Diabetes Care. She has deep experience building and transforming brands, including breakthrough product launches. She led the marketing launch planning and marketing campaign for the FreeStyle Libre continuous glucose monitoring system. During her time at Abbott Diabetes Care, Andreana has held a variety of leadership roles supporting multiple geographies including upstream product management, downstream marketing and global business development & strategic alliances.

Prior to Abbott, Andreana was a management consultant with Booz & Co., advising startups and Fortune 50 firms. She began her career in merchandising at the European and Global HQs of The North Face, Inc.

Andreana earned a B.S. from Stanford University and an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School.
