The Opportunity

Cala Health is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Digital to join our growing team. The role will report to Associate Director, Digital Product.

Cala Health offers a unique experience at the intersection of digital and medical device. You will collaborate with all functions across the organization to drive our digital offerings with a focus on our patients. You will develop a deep understanding of our patient and physician needs to map the best-in-class digital products, services, and experiences in the new field of bioelectronic medicine. You will work cross functionally, particularly with upstream development teams, to drive the overall digital product roadmap and to deliver comprehensive solutions based on rigorous analytics and customer needs.

Specific Responsibilities include:

  • Understand and advance unique business model through digital portfolio development. Provide key inputs to overall digital product roadmap and drive execution to the roadmap
  • Develop product strategy, business plans, market and user requirements, and holistic digital product offerings. Work functionally to set and prioritize product requirements based on market and user needs
  • Identify and execute on market research to develop stakeholder insights and translate into product portfolio
  • Understand patient and HCP behavior through research and direct interaction with customers
  • Map full patient and HCP user journeys and identify unmet needs along journey for input into product roadmap
  • Drive UI/UX concepts and conduct user research to further refine concepts based on feedback and insights
  • Define KPIs and metrics that enable the business to understand user behavior and preferences to drive retention
  • Develop claims matrices for new product development and identify needed clinical data or other methods to support
  • Map and advance full user experience across your product offering
  • Monitor market trends and determine competitive landscape in first-to-market therapy
  • Manage external relationships with key vendors
  • Manage full product lifecycle of your product offering

Desired Skills and Experience

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager, Digital to support Cala Health in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment, exemplified by:

  • Experience in software as a medical device (SaMD) is strongly preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree required, preference in Science or Engineering. MBA strongly preferred
  • A minimum of 8+ years relevant experience in Upstream digital product marketing, product management, or advanced degree with 6+ years relevant experience
  • Proven track record in product management
