HeartFlow is one of the most exciting and dynamic companies in the space of medical technology today.  Using its AI-enabled technology, HeartFlow is revolutionizing personalized heart care in cardiovascular medicine.  Reporting to the Marketing Director, the Marketing Manager/Sr. Manager will lead HeartFlow’s marketing efforts of a product and/or service line across multiple market segments and geographies. This person will be primarily responsible for developing the marketing plan and executing key marketing initiatives to drive the adoption of HeartFlow’s portfolio of technologies and services. In addition, S/he will need to gain good insights into customers’ needs and behaviors, engage sales force and KOLs, build programs and perform rigorous launch planning to drive business results.  Collaboration with sales, cross-functional partners, and customers is essential.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Identify opportunities to expand awareness and adoption; pursue deeper reach within the targeted customer segment
  • Develop marketing strategies and plans for product launches and product adoption
  • Develop product positioning, value proposition, and marketing messaging. Lead effort to gather data to support this positioning and messaging
  • Develop and execute marketing initiatives and campaigns to target, reach, and educate customers
  • Represent the voice of the customer throughout the company
  • Support product forecasting
  • Work closely with HeartFlow’s commercial team to deepen product adoption, serving as the expert on the cardiology market
  • Communicate with Upstream Marketing, Professional Education and Customer Success teams to ensure that cardiology market needs are addressed
  • Collaborate with Clinical, Regulatory, and Commercial teams to develop programs and ensure compliance with all efforts

Skills Needed:

  • Strong clinical knowledge and experience
  • Product marketing experience and expertise
  • Outstanding project management, organization, and leadership skills.
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams and the sales force
  • Self-motivated, able to contribute both individually and as a leader.
  • Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.

Educational Requirements & Work Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field, preferably business, science, or education
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing and/or sales
  • Previous medical device or healthcare experience in a commercial capacity. Experience with cardiology is preferred
