Dr. Akilah Cadet (including Q&A)
Dr. Akilah Cadet will share an intimate and inspiring narrative of the patient journey from the inside out, as she talks about the hardships of dealing with two rare conditions as a BIPOC woman in a frequently inequitable healthcare system. Dr. Cadet is the founder of Change Cadet, a change management and organizational development consulting firm that supports Black Indigenous People of Color (BIPOC) and women, so they can achieve success in the workplace.

Medtech thought leader, Ginger Graham, has a highly awarded career serving as the former President and CEO of Amylin Pharmaceuticals and the former Group Chairman, Office of the President of Guidant Corporation.
