As you enter the boardroom, you will be expected to have a working knowledge of financial statements and what they reveal about a company’s performance.  For our fifth event in MedtechWOMEN’s Journey to (and in) the Boardroom series, Tricia M.Taitt will walk us through the financials of a private medical technology company to explore its financial health, something board members are obligated to oversee with diligence.  She will use her financial expertise to, among other things, crystalize for the audience important concepts such as analyzing a company’s business performance, assessing a company’s financial risks and understanding its capital structure.  It’s sure to be an informative and eye-opening event.
