Our industry has relied on a traditional, face-to-face sales approach where measurement of marketing initiatives can be difficult. Meanwhile our budgets are tightening and our customers are changing, we as marketers, have to be even more strategic to maximize spend. To be successful marketers, we must combine the use of physical sales forces with digital tools and approaches. “Phygital” unites both approaches into a seamless experience.
