Carolyn Buck Luce will wrap up MedtechVISION 2015 with this year’s dinner keynote address.

Carolyn Buck Luce is executive in residence at Center for Talent Innovation and senior managing director at Hewlett Consulting Partners, organizations committed to the full utilization of all talent. She is an adjunct Professor at Columbia University teaching “Women and Power”.

She was previously the Global Pharmaceutical Sector Leader at Ernst & Young LLP where she coordinated worldwide relationships with global pharmaceutical corporations and was the Senior Advisor to Ernst & Young’s Professional Women’s Network for the tri-state area.

Carolyn has served in a variety of capacities in advancing women’s leadership including past Board Chair of the New York Women’s Foundation, member of the Global Advisory board of the Healthcare Businesswomen Association (HBA), and, in 2007, she was appointed by Mayor Bloomberg as a Commissioner of the New York City Commission on Women’s Issues. She is the co-author, along with Dr. Sylvia Hewlett, of multiple articles published in the Harvard Business Review, including a groundbreaking 2005 article entitled ” On Ramps and Off Ramps – Keeping Talented Women on the Road to Success“.

Her passion for the transformation of the healthcare industry and the advancement of women came together as she was named the HBA 2012 Woman of the Year.
